  2. It's obviously a spring bulb, but I don't know which one. I bet Margaret knows :)

  3. Well, for a second I thought it was an onion, but a flower bulb makes more sense. Um... a tulip?

  4. Until I saw Paige's answer, I was going for shallot, but then I realized it probably isn't a food. It's been so many years since I planted any bulbs I have no idea!

  5. The only way to know is to plant it :) I bet it's pretty no matter it's name :)

  6. I don't think it is a tulip bulb, it seems to be rather knobby on the inside. Tulips are usually a very smooth bulb. Wondering if it might be something like garlic. Some flowers have a 'garlic-like' bulb, but I am not sure which ones. guess you will have to plant it and see what comes up! :)

  7. Well, given that I am not a flower expert, my first guess was an onion, but maybe not.

  8. It's a gladiola bulb. Each family member received one at Aunt Helen's memorial service. She loved to garden.
