Fleeced!

With fleece fabrics on sale at all my favorite big box fabric stores, I couldn't resist the latest pattern released by Jen Hagedorn of Tie Dye Diva Patterns.

Jen's downloadable PDF pattern, Cozy Coat – Reversible Fleece Jacket with Hood or Collar – 2 to 12 Years, would be perfect for a beautiful "midwinter thaw" day -- or, dare I say it?--- Spring!

Tie Dye Diva has over 25,000 sales on Etsy and almost 7 years' experience selling PDF patterns all over the world.  Jen also has over 10,000 Facebook fans.  Her pattern line includes over 70 easy-to-sew and easy-to-wear sewing patterns for babies, children and adults.

I have personally purchased several of Jen’s patterns, and I’ve found them to be perfectly sized with clear instructions.  AND – she grants permission to in-home sewers to sell handmade items made using her patterns in limited quantities as long as the maker indicates the item was made using a Tie Dye Diva pattern.

  1. I'm wearing a fleece jacket right now! Of course, I'm in my house and there's snow on the ground, but thanks for making me think of spring. :-)

    1. I have a fleece jacket that's my fave--wearing it is like being wrapped in a blanket. The days are a bit longer, and we had a mid-winter thaw day, so there's HOPE of Spring!

  2. I should get that pattern for myself! I've been the same size since 12, so maybe it would fit. Even here in Hawaii, I'm always looking for something warm. I freeze whenever I go to the movies or a restaurant because they have AC and I don't so I'm totally not used to it.

    1. My step-daughter is tiny, too -- she can still wear girls size clothes. I find myself wearing winter clothes all year because the AC is just too cold in so many places.

  3. Very cute patterns! I love the fabric choice in the top one.

That is definitely an impressive shop! So many cute patterns. I'll have to check it out since I'll be sewing for Paige in the near future!

    1. Her baby rompers are so cute and easy to sew -- I've also made the sun hats.
