Live Free or Die Part 2 - Art in Unexpected Places

This is a second in a series of posts about my recent trip to New Hampshire, April 27-30, 2012.

Sometimes art appears in unexpected places.  The photo above shows a carved wooden art piece, approximately 4 feet x 4 feet (122 cm x 122 cm).  It is located in a small playground near an old church in Weston, MA.

I am intrigued by the design, and wish I could identify the artist.  It may inspire a quilt!
